POSSO ACCEDERE ALLA PALESTRA SENZA PRENOTAZIONE?
L'utente senza prenotazione pur tentando di accedere attraverso la generazione del QR-CODE non avrà accesso allo spazio Fitness inquanto il sistema di gestione degli accessi ne verificherà in automatico la presenza o meno di una prenotazione valida per l'accesso allo spazio.
POSSO TRATTENERMI DOPO L'ORARIO DI CHIUSURA?
L'orario di chiusura prevede che l'utente sia già al di fuori dello spazio Fitness al suo scadere.
E' POSSIBILE SOSPENDERE L'ABBONAMENTO
La sospensione di un abbonamento è consentito solo attraverso la presentazione di un certificato medico che attesti l'impossibilità di poter svolgere qualsiasi attività ludico-sportiva. La sospensione sarà valida dal giorno in cui sarà presentato il certificato medico. Non è possibile fare una sospensione retroattiva.
